XHTML Templates for the ICTP Website
Home Page of the Website:
The XHTML and CSS codes of the Home Page are specially designed for such page and there are significant differences with the general codes used in all other pages of the Website. Therefore, and considering the oneness of the Home Page, downloadable and commented versions of these HTML and CSS files are not provided here.
Other pages of the Website:
- loremipsum.html — A "complex sample page" with commented XHTML and examples of text formatting, lists of items and images. Please note that you can get the XHTML code of that page (and of any other page) simply selecting the option "View Source" in your browser and compare it with the original code listed inside the page. You will see differences between the two sources, due to the use of SSI (Server Side Include) technology.
- template.html — A "simple sample page" with commented XHTML and examples of text formatting and lists of items. This template can be used to produce simple static pages. To use this template, download the file clicking here, save it as filename.html and modify it according to your needs.
